Currently seeking to hire a full-time Receptionist. Some of the job duties would be answering incoming calls, greeting customers, taking payments, preparing the daily bank deposit and making daily bank deposits, working various reports, prepare/open and dispensing mail, input policies into computer, scanning documents and attaching to files. This job entails having good organizational, communication, time management skills, and the ability to multi-task with attention to detail in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Compensation is based on experience. Retirement plan is offered. Experience is preferred.
