Required:
* BLS
* CA License
* IV/Blood Draw Certified
* 2+ years of outpatient experience
* Experience with Peds and/or IM/PC
* Epic experience
Position / Specialty: LVN/Outpatient
Years of experience REQ: 2 years
Certs REQ: BLS and IV Certified
Charting: Epic
