Job Summary
We are seeking an Entry-level Administrative Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will scour all available avenues to fill our open positions with the best-qualified candidates in order to help grow a successful business. Your responsibilities will include defining hiring criteria, researching possible candidates on various platforms, and reaching out to potential hires with information about the positions. The ideal candidate is a strong negotiator displaying excellent verbal/written communication skills with a driven mindset. 

Responsibilities 
  • Oversee and coordinate all stages of the hiring process and recruiting strategy
  • Create and update job descriptions, requirements, and objectives
  • Research potential hires on resume databases and portfolio sites
  • Reach out to candidates via phone and email and follow up with regular communication
  • Build a network of contacts and potential candidates
  • Place ads and write copy for open positions
  • Attend networking events for professional growth
  • Track key performance indicators and report on recruiting metrics
Qualifications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize projects 
  • Organizational skills 
  • Ability to qualify an ideal candidate 
Compensation: $600.00 - $800.00 per week
