Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instruction in medical assisting, including clinical skills, patient care, medical terminology, and anatomy & physiology
- Lead hands-on lab and clinical training while ensuring safety and industry standards
- Track student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records
- Support student success through coaching, accountability, and professional development
- Utilize learning technology and collaborate on curriculum improvements
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 consecutive years of work experience as a Medical Assistant within the last 10 years
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
- Passion for working with and developing adult learners

Compensation: $23.00 per hour

PCI Health Training Center was founded by Dr. Roy Rose as the Academy for Medical and Dental Assistants in 1978. Receiving initial accreditation in 1983, we were acquired by Prince Careers Inc. in 1990 and switched to our current name. In 2005, we opened a branch campus in Richardson, TX.
PCI Health Training Center is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges and is regulated and approved to offer academic programs by the Texas Workforce Commission.
