Job Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Manage a sales pipeline and move opportunities through the sales funnel to close business.
- Conduct needs-based assessments to provide solutions that fit client goals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using consultative and solution-based selling techniques.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, KPIs, and revenue targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage accounts, and report activity.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed performance expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license.
- Ability to obtain Life & Health license.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
