We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced LVN or LPT to join our clinical team at our high-quality residential detox (DTX) and residential treatment center (RTC) for individuals in early recovery from substance use disorders.

As a nurse on our team, you will play a critical role in supporting detox protocols, conducting daily assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with counselors, case managers, and peers to ensure continuity of care and a trauma-informed healing environment.

- 12-hour shifts (day or night)

- Must be a currently licensed LVN or LPT in California

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a SUD treatment facility and/or psychiatric setting (Required – No Exceptions)

- Familiarity with detox protocols, withdrawal symptom management, and substance use-related nursing care

- Experience with conducting DTX-specific assessments, including COWS/CIWA and vital signs

- Excellent charting and clinical documentation skills

- Ability to remain calm, confident, and professional in high-acuity or crisis situations

Duties Include

- Monitoring clients throughout detoxification and residential phases

- Completing nursing assessments and daily client vitals

- Medication administration and MAR documentation

- Responding to emergent clinical situations

- Supporting a multidisciplinary team in delivering client-centered care
