Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with brand goals.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and forecast future performance.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the outdoor furniture, camping, or home goods industry strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation: $100,000.00 per year
