What You’ll Do:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency.
• Guide clients through the Debt Validation enrollment process.
• Clearly explain programs, terms, and next steps using our CRM and approved scripts.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with all company policies.
• Work with managers and team members to meet and exceed daily/weekly performance goals.
