About the Role:
Join The Learning Experience #244 in Longwood, FL, as an Experienced Infant Teacher, where you will nurture and inspire our youngest learners. This is an exciting opportunity to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for infants while fostering their growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for infants.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Monitor and assess children's development and progress regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and daily activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with infants in a childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
- Background check clearance required.
