Position Overview
We are looking for caring, dependable Caregivers to join our team in Herndon, VA. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others maintain their independence and enjoy a high quality of life at home.
We are looking for caring, dependable Caregivers to join our team in Herndon, VA. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others maintain their independence and enjoy a high quality of life at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Remind clients to take medications as directed
- Document care provided and report changes in client condition
- Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (CNA, HHA, or PCA certification a plus)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to lift/pivot clients as needed
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid ID and reliable transportation required
- Clear background check
Schedule & Pay
- Flexible scheduling: part-time or full-time available
- Competitive pay: $17/hour
