Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach – Crunch Fitness Omaha Deerfield – No Judgments, High Energy!

What You’ll Do
● Deliver results-focused personal training sessions that keep clients engaged and coming back
● Sell and promote training packages using our proven CrunchOne Kickoff process
● Design customized workout + nutrition programs to help clients achieve goals
● Meet or exceed monthly sales, revenue, and client retention targets
● Collaborate with other departments to support member success and club growth
● Build strong relationships and create a fun, motivating environment
● Participate in club events, fitness challenges, and service promotions
What We Offer

What You Bring
● Nationally accredited CPT certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, NCSF, etc.) or degree in Kinesiology
● High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred)
● Current CPR/AED certification
● Sales experience strongly preferred
● Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about fitness
● A true team player who values member relationships and long-term retention
