The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at a construction site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves managing workers, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and maintaining high standards of quality

Project Oversight: Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.

Team Management: Lead, direct, and motivate construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections and ensuring compliance with OSHA and local regulations.

Quality Control: Monitor work quality to ensure it meets project standards, specifications, and client expectations.

Coordination: Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues promptly.

Resource Management: Manage materials, equipment, and tools on-site, ensuring availability and proper usage to avoid delays.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, incidents, and material usage, and communicate updates to project stakeholders.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve on-site issues such as delays, conflicts, or unexpected challenges to keep the project on track.

Compliance: Ensure all work complies with building codes, permits, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.

Certifications: OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training preferred; other relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR) are a plus.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various weather conditions, stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift heavy materials.
Working Conditions
- Work is primarily performed outdoors on construction sites, with exposure to weather, noise, dust, and heavy machinery.
- May require long hours, including weekends or evenings, to meet project deadlines.
- Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Compensation: $83,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
