We’re looking for motivated, people-focused Sales Representatives ready to build something from the ground up. This is a chance to grow alongside a new franchise location backed by a nationally proven system.

Our Step-Up Success Path
We understand that joining a new business is a big decision, so we’ve built a staged approach to help you get comfortable and confident before going full-time.
Stage 1 – Learn the System (No Commitment)
✔️ Complete our online training modules to understand our process.
✔️ Get exposure to our sales tools, pricing model, and customer flow.
Stage 2 – Corporate Virtual Sales Training ($500 Stipend)
✔️ Attend a certified Four-Day Virtual Corporate Sales Training (Mon–Thu, 9 AM–3:30 PM EST).
✔️ Receive a $500 stipend upon successful completion of the training.
✔️ Training is led directly by Five Star Bath Solutions’ corporate sales trainers and includes certification in our national process.
✔️ Master software tools like One Click Contractor and our design workflow.
Stage 3 – Launch
✔️ Start running real homeowner appointments based on your schedule.
✔️ You’ll begin part-time so you can build confidence and income before going full-time — most of our top salespeople started the same way.

What We’re Looking For

- Comfortable presenting high-value solutions ($10K–$20K+)
- Coachable, positive, and driven by results
- Sales experience helpful *but not required
- Evening & weekend availability
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Compensation
Min Weekly Draw of $500 Per week. Commission range from 6 to 10% per sale.
Top junior reps in similar markets earn $4000–$6,500/month once established.

We are your local bathroom remodeler specializing in all things bathroom remodeling including tub to shower conversion, bath tub to shower conversion, small bathroom remodels, safety bath installation, new shower installation, and more.
