🩺 Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Telemetry (MS/Tele)

• Deliver competent, compassionate, and efficient care to a diverse patient population.
  
  
• Apply age-appropriate knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan.
  
  
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, including review of systems and admission assessments, with timely and accurate documentation.
  
  
• Interpret telemetry rhythms and respond appropriately to patient conditions.
  
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to fulfill the needs of patients, families, and the community.
  
  

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in DC – required prior to start
  
  
• BLS & ACLS – required
  
  
• NIHSS – required
  
  
• Telemetry rhythm interpretation test – must be completed prior to start
  
  

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program – required
  
  
• BSN – highly desired
  
  
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience – required
  
  
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Tele Acute Care Inpatient experience – required
  
  
• Cerner EMR experience – preferred
  
  

• Shift: 3 x 12-hour night shifts
  
  
• Length: 8 weeks
  
  
• Start: Must be available to start within 3 weeks of offer
  
  
• Pay Rate: $58–$62/hr.
