At Solterra Wellness Club, we’re building a destination where movement, recovery, and self-care come together — and we’re seeking an Independent Contractor NP to help shape our medical-grade offerings while delivering exceptional care to our members and clients.

Compensation & Perks

Independent Contractor Role: Compensation is based on a percentage of each service fee collected, paid per completed service. (Specific split discussed during interview.)
Scheduling: All appointments are managed through the Solterra member app.

Cross-collaboration opportunities with Pilates, yoga, and wellness providers.

Responsibilities

Provide specialized medical and wellness services within scope of license (injectables, IV therapies, etc.).
Conduct consultations, educate clients, and ensure safe, ethical treatments.
Operate in compliance with state requirements under a Medical Director relationship.
Deliver services as a mobile provider within Solterra’s wellness studio environment.
Share input on service offerings as part of Solterra’s founding provider team.
Collaborate with the Solterra team to integrate medical-grade services into the overall wellness experience.

Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio.
Current or eligible to work under a collaborating Medical Director.
Certification and training in chosen services (injectables, IV therapy, etc.).
Proof of liability insurance.
Strong communication, assessment, and client care skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage your own clientele within Solterra platform.

Target Opening: January 2026
