Fogarty, Hara, LaPira & Cherry, LLC is seeking a full-time associate with 3-5 years of law firm experience in the areas of education or labor and employment law for its Fair Lawn, NJ office. New Jersey Bar Admission required. The candidate should possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and writing skills; clerkship and/or trial experience is a plus.
