- Be the friendly face and first voice customers encounter—whether they walk in or call us.
- Dive into meaningful conversations that build lasting customer relationships.
- Juggle multiple tasks like a pro: managing accounts, scheduling appointments, processing premium deposits, and more!
- Keep our agency running smoothly by handling daily action items, audits, and production updates.
- Deliver world-class service that earns 5-star reviews and referrals.
- Participate in hands-on training that sets you up for success and growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who thrives staying busy, loves to check off tasks, and has a positive, can-do attitude.
- Coachable and excited to learn our proven processes.
- Typing speed of 65+ WPM and the ability to multitask across multiple screens.
- Ready to jump into a team culture built on support, accountability, and growth mindset.
- Bonus points if you have a 4-40 license (we’ll help you get there fast!) - NOT required to apply.
