- Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
 - Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters regarding claims and build positive relationship

- 1+ years of previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role (water/fire damage restoration, construction, or insurance industry experience is a MUST)
 - Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS
 - Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets and general computer skills
 - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
 - High school diploma/GED (preferred); Associate’s degree preferred
 - Holding a valid California driver license is a MUST
 
- This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law is a MUST.
 
Applicants must have prior work experience in the water/fire restoration industry. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
