Our rapidly growing company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Admin to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is essential to our operations, serving as a key point of communication between customers, internal departments, and field teams.
- Answer incoming calls and deliver prompt, friendly customer service.
- Facilitate clear communication between internal teams including mitigation, reconstruction, contents, and project coordination.
- Collect detailed customer and loss information and coordinate with the scheduler to dispatch appropriate crews.
- Accurately capture and enter customer data into our systems.
- Support project managers and coordinators with ancillary tasks such as surveys, customer reviews, and other administrative needs.
- Analyze program metrics and implement process improvements regularly.
- Manage customer satisfaction surveys and follow up to implement feedback.
- Help create a strong brand experience for both customers and employees.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Positive, professional, and self-motivated
- Reliable with strong attention to detail
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficient with data entry on computers and tablets
- Strong team player with a desire to meet daily goals
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ (Monday–Friday)
