Weather Built Homes LLC is a fast-growing home improvement company serving Washington and Oregon. We take pride in helping homeowners protect their biggest investment—their homes—through exceptional roofing, siding, and exterior solutions. As our company expands, we’re looking for a motivated and energetic Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office and provide essential support to our sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and sales representatives in a professional, friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
- Organize and prepare sales packets and installation packets
- Maintain a tidy, professional front office environment (light cleaning as needed)
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and office organization
- Support administrative functions such as handling mail, deliveries, and supplies
- Provide general support to sales reps, managers, and office staff
What We’re Looking For
- Energetic, outgoing, and customer service–oriented personality
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Professional communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software)
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Prior experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or administrative coordinator
- Knowledge of construction or home improvement industries a plus
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
