Position Overview:

As an Insurance Account Representative, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized insurance solutions, and help grow the agency through sales, service, and community outreach. Insurance experience is not required—we provide hands-on training, coaching, and licensing support.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Assist customers with policy questions, coverage options, and account needs.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships.
- Support agency sales, marketing, networking, and community outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate customer information and organized follow-up.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
We are open to both entry-level candidates and experienced professionals. You may be a recent graduate or someone with experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, education, business, or another customer-facing field.
The ideal candidate is:

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
