What You’ll Be Doing:
- Hitting monthly sales goals that keep you motivated and rewarded
- Making cold calls to potential clients with confidence and enthusiasm
- Building relationships and guiding customers through our services
- Obtaining and maintaining necessary insurance licenses (we’ll help you get there!)
- Collaborating with the team to develop strategies and close deals
- Keeping organized records of sales activities and customer info
Who You Are:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Comfortable with cold calling and building new relationships
- Eager to learn and grow — no prior sales experience required!
- Ready to obtain insurance licenses (training and support provided)
- Looking for flexible, part-time hours with no evenings or weekends

Compensation: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance.
- Our office is located in Traverse City.
- Our office is open 8:30 - 5pm.
- We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
- We have years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Bronze Tablet
