Kind Senior Care is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure high-quality care for our clients while training, supporting, and supervising caregivers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You’ll Do

  • Visit clients to ensure care plans are followed and updated as needed.
  • Jump in to fill Caregiving shifts as needed.
  • Supervise and support caregivers, providing coaching and recognition.
  • Partner with the Scheduling Coordinator to ensure proper staffing coverage.
  • Lead caregiver orientation and ongoing training sessions.
  • Conduct in-home visits to provide hands-on coaching and support.
  • Ensure accurate completion of care documentation.
  • Communicate closely with the office team to address client and caregiver needs.

Requirements

  • Active CNA, HHA, or LPN certification (required).
  • Previous caregiving, healthcare, or supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of caregiving best practices and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
