Studio Manager (Full-Time)


The Studio Manager  is the cornerstone of the Gloloft client experience, responsible for leading daily operations and setting the standard for service excellence. This role requires an energetic and results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. Studio Managers lead by example through hands-on service delivery, training and developing Team Members, and cultivating a positive, growth-oriented culture.


Key Responsibilities


Leadership & Team Development

  • Serve as the primary leader of the location, maintaining a professional, supportive, and performance-driven environment.


  • Interview, hire, and onboard new Team Members in alignment with GloLoft’s service and culture standards.


  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to build a strong, effective team.




Operational Management

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.


  • Monitor shop utilization and staffing needs, making adjustments based on demand and labor trends.


  • Manage inventory levels and place product and supply orders as needed.


  • Ensure compliance with all cleanliness, sanitation, and safety protocols in accordance with company and State Board standards.


  • Actively participate in weekly leadership meetings, contributing feedback and sharing successes.




Service Excellence

  • Perform airbrush tanningings as needed to support the team and ensure a consistent guest experience.


  • Foster a client-first mindset and ensure every guest receives exceptional, personalized service.


  • Model and uphold professional service standards at all times.




Culture & Environment

  • Promote a collaborative, high-energy, and inclusive work environment that supports both client satisfaction and team engagement.


  • Maintain a welcoming and polished studio atmosphere reflective of the GloLoft brand.




Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a retail, spa, or salon setting.


  • Passion for the beauty and wellness industry; esthetician or cosmetology license is a plus but not required.


  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


  • Proven ability to drive performance, manage priorities, and resolve challenges effectively.


  • Open and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
