Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee our company’s quality assurance and control processes. The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards, ensuring products and services meet customer expectations, and complying with all applicable regulations and industry standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous quality initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Control
- Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide quality control policies, procedures, and standards.
- Inspect and monitor incoming materials, in-process operations, and finished products to ensure quality compliance.
- Investigate non-conformance issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Establish and manage quality metrics, reports, and performance dashboards.
Process Improvement
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, warehouse, and logistics, to resolve quality issues.
- Recommend process enhancements to reduce defects and improve customer satisfaction.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, OSHA, or other applicable certifications).
Leadership & Training
- Supervise and guide quality control inspectors and related staff.
- Provide training to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and quality excellence across all departments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related role; previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).

- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and warehouse or production environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with reporting tools, data analysis, and documentation
- Certifications: ISO, Six Sigma, or related quality certifications are a plus.
