About Us
Contigo Medical Transportation Services is a community-focused Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) provider serving the Central Valley. We pride ourselves on safe, reliable, and compassionate service that helps people access the care they need.

We’re currently seeking a Dispatcher + Fleet Support (Part-Time) to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This role may grow into full-time as our team and business expand.

What You’ll Do
  • Dispatching & Routing
    • Assign and monitor daily trips through WellRyde/ModivCare portal/TripMaster
    • Track driver locations, trip status, and on-time performance
    • Handle live trip adjustments, delays, and client updates
    • Communicate clearly with drivers via phone, text, or dispatch tools

  • Fleet Support
    • Track maintenance, inspections, and service schedules for company vehicles
    • Report and log mileage, fuel, and incident/accident reports
    • Coordinate with mechanics/shops for repairs and preventative service
    • Assist with light fleet checks (fluids, tires, cleanliness)

  • Administrative Support
    • Document trip performance, cancellations, and exceptions
    • Support Operations Manager with scheduling and reporting
    • Assist with driver onboarding (vehicle checks, paperwork, training support)

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in dispatch, transportation coordination, or fleet support (NEMT preferred, but not required)
  • Clear communicator and problem-solver: able to stay calm under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Tech-comfortable (dispatching/transportation software like WellRyde/ModivCare/TripMaster is a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Position Details
  • Part-time (20–25 hrs/week) to start
  • Potential to expand into full-time depending on performance and company growth
  • Flexible scheduling within operational needs

Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly: $18–$22/hour  based on experience 
  • Growth opportunity into Dispatch Supervisor or Fleet Manager roles
  • Supportive, mission-driven work environment

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
