LeafSpring School at Pendleton is a new and growing early childhood education center serving the Pendleton and Madison County area. Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans across multiple learning areas.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and social-emotional growth.
Observe, assess, and document student progress, providing meaningful feedback to support individual development.
Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.
Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Utilize educational technology and classroom resources to enrich learning experiences.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Foster a classroom culture built on respect, responsibility, and kindness.

Requirements

Previous teaching experience with young children; experience across multiple age groups preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
Genuine passion for nurturing a love of learning in young children.
Commitment to maintaining a safe, supportive, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
Proficiency in using educational technology and classroom tools

Compensation: $15.50 per hour
