WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Financial Services Specialist, you will act as a liaison between our National Support Center and our Franchise Owners for month-end revenue reporting for all Primrose Schools. You will consult with Franchise Owners across the country to document their financials in addition to offering system support for our CRM. This is a full-time, hybrid role.
- Provide analysis related to revenue items including providing insights on the data, identifying trends and generating forecasts
- Lead Month-End Revenue Reporting process including identifying opportunities for continual improvements and working to implement efficiencies
- Lead internal audit process including identifying opportunities for continual improvements and working to implement efficiencies.
- Verify and initiate ACH drafts from individual school accounts per contractual franchise agreements up to $10 million
- Reconcile returned payments and apply applicable fees
- Confirm billing alignment with Royalty Reductions, Incentive Programs, and Deferral agreements
- Point of contact for New Franchise Owners and Transfers for Royalty Reporting
- Provide guidance to Franchise Owners regarding revenue streams and proper accounting
- Conduct training on policy and procedure compliance to Franchise Owners and Leadership Teams and reviews current training materials for accuracy
- Act as resource to help resolve issues and problems faced by Franchise Owners
- Train new team members on departmental activities and workflows
- Provide department specific expertise on company strategic initiatives and projects
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- 3-5 years’ related experience
- Computer application skills, such as Excel, Access, General Ledger, etc.
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple high priority tasks
