Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & CRM Vision
· Define and own the CRM product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
· Develop a Healthcare CRM capability blueprint aligned with business goals, regulatory
requirements, and customer experience expectations.
· Lead prioritization of features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility,
and compliance needs.
Stakeholder Alignment & Cross-Functional Leadership
· Align with key stakeholders across business, IT, compliance, and operations to ensure shared
understanding and commitment to product goals.
· Coordinate cross-functional activities across product, engineering, architecture, QA, and
delivery teams.
· Facilitate workshops, demos, and governance meetings to drive alignment and transparency.
Run vs. Build Operating Model
· Define and manage a Run vs. Build operating model to balance innovation with operational
stability.
· Collaborate with IT and business leaders to ensure seamless transition from product
development to operational support.
Compliance, Governance & KPI Accountability
· Ensure all CRM solutions meet regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, CMS) and internal
governance standards.
· Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, adoption,
and ROI.
· Lead product audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Solution Design & Delivery
· Partner with Pega architects and delivery teams to design scalable, configurable CRM solutions.
· Ensure business requirements are translated into functional specifications and user stories.
· Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization.
Market & Competitive Analysis
· Monitor healthcare industry trends, challenges, and CRM innovations.
· Identify opportunities for differentiation and value creation using Pega’s capabilities (e.g., Case Management, Decisioning, AI, Customer Service for Healthcare).
