The Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Litigation Partner to join the Stamford office. In this role you will:

  • Bring and expand a portable book of $800K+ in annual collections.

  • Lead high-value litigation matters across industries.

  • Collaborate across practice groups for cross-selling opportunities.

  • Mentor associates while building and scaling your practice.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $264K–$495K, depending on book size ($800K–$1.5M+).

  • Collections: 33%+ of collections, with monthly payouts.

  • Typical Total Compensation: $530K–$990K+, with higher earnings for books over $1.5M.

  • Support: Associates, paralegals, marketing team, and administrative infrastructure.

Compensation: $270,000.00 - $495,000.00 per year
