About the Firm
Our client is a premier California law firm focused on workers’ compensation defense, employment law, general liability, state audits, and subrogation. With nearly three decades of success, the firm is trusted by major insurers and employers to deliver strategic, results-driven legal solutions.
What You’ll Do
As a Workers’ Compensation Attorney, you’ll manage a caseload from inception to resolution. Responsibilities include:
- Representing insurance carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers in workers’ compensation matters.
- Drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and handling hearings and depositions.
- Managing lien claims, litigation calendars, and deadlines.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Mentoring legal assistants and participating in client training seminars.
What We’re Looking For
- Active California Bar License (required).
- 4+ years of workers’ compensation experience (plaintiff or defense).
- Proven ability to handle discovery, litigation, and settlements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating across teams.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $170,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
