We are seeking an energetic, positive, and responsible Youth Flag Football Coach to lead and develop young athletes in our flag football program. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports, enjoys working with kids, and understands the importance of teamwork, skill development, and fun in youth athletics.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and lead age-appropriate flag football practices that teach fundamental skills (throwing, catching, running routes, defense, teamwork).

Coach games with a focus on player development, sportsmanship, and safety.

Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants.

Communicate effectively with parents, players, and program staff regarding schedules, expectations, and progress.

Ensure safety protocols are followed and equipment is properly maintained.

Model and teach respect, teamwork, discipline, and resilience.

Qualifications

Previous coaching or playing experience in football, flag football, or another team sport preferred.
Ability to teach and communicate with middle school boys and girls
Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of playersStrong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationshipsMust pass a background check.
Ability to work afternoons M-T-W from 2:30 - 4:30 and Friday evenings from 4:30 - 7:30

Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
