What You'll Do
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer, you'll help individuals and families identify their insurance needs and find coverage that provides the right protection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Prospect for new business through leads, referrals, networking, and follow-up.
- Conduct needs-based insurance conversations with customers.
- Educate clients on coverage options, products, discounts, and recommendations.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales process.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to provide additional value to existing customers.
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the customer relationship.
- Maintain accurate customer information and policy documentation.
- Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and applicable requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and agency goals.
What We're Looking For
Preferred:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Previous insurance sales or agency experience (Allstate or State Farm experience a big plus!)
- Proven ability to build relationships and generate sales.
