We are a Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Agency dedicated to providing comprehensive, 
client-centered services to individuals and families in our community. Our mission is to 
deliver quality care to children, adolescents, and adults with behavioral health needs, 
ensuring dignity, respect, and support through evidence-based practices and collaborative 
approaches. 

The Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) plays a key leadership role within our 
agency by providing clinical services, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance 
with state and CARF standards. The LMHP also serves as a resource and advocate for clients 
while supporting the agency’s mission and growth.
Qualifications 
- Current and unrestricted license with the respective professional board and/or licensing 
authority in the state of Louisiana, with the ability to independently diagnose and treat 
mental illness. 
- Two (2) years of qualifying clinical experience as an LMHP in the provision of services 
offered by the provider. 
- Ability to be on duty and on call as needed. 
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills. 
- Commitment to person-centered care, cultural competence, and ethical practice. 
Key Responsibilities 
- Provide leadership for the agency in relation to clinical services, following all established 
policies and procedures. 
- Assist the governing body with the development and implementation of policies and 
procedures. 
- Complete Mental Health Rehabilitation (MHR) initial assessments. 
- Administer and score LOCUS/CALOCUS assessments as an approved Clinical Evaluator. 
- Complete intake packets for new clients and ensure all documentation is accurate and 
submitted in a timely manner. 
- Schedule and coordinate clinical assessments with the Clinical Supervisor. 

 - Prepare and document recovery-focused progress notes and treatment-related 
documentation. 
- Provide crisis intervention services for staff, administering techniques to minimize risk of 
harm to self or others. 
- Serve as a client advocate and promote positive customer relations. 
- Actively participate in individual care conferences, treatment planning, discharge planning, 
staff trainings, and staff meetings. 
- Participate in ongoing accreditation initiatives, trainings, and organizational development 
efforts. 
- Ensure compliance with Health Standards Section (HSS) and CARF standards. 
- Support agency growth and assist with special projects as requested. 
- Serve as a resource and consultant to other professionals within the agency. 
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional and ethical standards at all times.
