Hiring for Monday through Fridays 10:00 am - 6:00 pm or 10:30 am - 6:30 pm - No Morning Shifts Available
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
- Provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children.
- Supervise and interact with children during playtime and learning activities.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms and play areas.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding child development.
- Support children's social, emotional, and physical development.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
- Assist with daily routines, including meal times and nap times.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in childcare or education settings is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Passion for working with young children and fostering their development.
- Background check clearance required prior to employment.
