Patient-Centered Home Care Services is expanding in Northern Virginia, and weāre looking for dedicated Home Care Aides to join our compassionate team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care that gives families peace of mind while helping clients live safely and comfortably at home.

What Youāll Do:
- Provide safe, reliable, and compassionate in-home care
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, eating)
- Offer companionship and meaningful conversation
- Support clients with mobility and safe transfers
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Escort clients to appointments or run errands as needed
- Provide medication and appointment reminders
- Deliver specialized care for clients with Dementia/Alzheimerās
What Weāre Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old with reliable transportation (driverās license preferred)
- Clear criminal background and driving record check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays preferred
- CNA, PCA, or HHA certification in Virginia strongly preferred
