Position Overview:
As a Business Development Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary responsibility is to generate leads, follow up with inquiries, and set appointments for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and driven to help people find the right vehicle while contributing to the dealership’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and walk-in inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with past and prospective customers to build strong relationships
- Set and confirm sales appointments for the dealership’s sales team
- Maintain the customer database (CRM) with accurate and up-to-date information
- Assist in developing and executing marketing and outreach campaigns
- Achieve monthly goals for lead conversion and appointment setting
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Bilingual (English/Spanish/Creole)
