About the Role:
Join the vibrant team at Blast Off Bay in Goddard, KS, where you'll be at the heart of our concession operations! As a Concessions team member, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and delicious treats to our guests, ensuring their experience is unforgettable.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession area.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all patrons.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage with guests to enhance their overall experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or concessions preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
