We are seeking highly motivated and assertive Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates are energetic, persistent, and comfortable making outbound calls, generating referrals, and setting appointments. Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective contacts.
- Generate and follow up on referrals to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Set appointments for insurance consultations and sales presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, referrals, and appointments.
- Exhibit a persistent, positive, and professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or insurance preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Assertive and goal-oriented mindset.

- Self-starter with excellent time management skills.

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
