Marketing Manager *$500 SIGN ON BONUS*

At Rusty Taco, we believe in connecting with our communities through bold flavors, genuine hospitality, and fun, memorable experiences. We’re seeking a Grassroots Marketing Manager to expand local brand awareness and build strong community partnerships.

The Grassroots Marketing Manager is responsible for increasing brand visibility and customer engagement by leading community-focused marketing initiatives. This includes hosting events, managing local activations, and building strong relationships with schools, businesses, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities

·       Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, chambers of commerce, schools, and nonprofits.

·       Host and coordinate local market events; such as taco giveaways, pop-ups, and festivals to drive visibility and brand awareness.

·       Represent Rusty Taco at community functions and networking events.

·       Distribute promotional materials and develop local marketing activations.

·       Partner with store leadership to create neighborhood-focused campaigns that increase traffic and loyalty.

·       Track marketing activities and evaluate ROI.

Qualifications

·       1-2+ years of marketing, community engagement, or events experience (restaurant/hospitality a plus).

·       Strong networking, relationship-building, and public speaking skills.

·       Creative thinker with ability to design and execute unique marketing activations.

·       Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and hands-on attitude.

·       Flexible schedule, with ability to attend evening/weekend events.

·       Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Perks
*$500 sign on bonus offered (Payable after 6 consecutive months of employment)*
