Kid to Kid Buford is part of a national franchise that helps families save and earn money by buying and selling gently used kids’ clothing, shoes, toys, and gear. The Role
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our store. You’ll assist customers on the sales floor, keep our store clean and organized, process merchandise, and provide excellent customer service. This is an active role — you’ll be moving, sorting, and stocking items while engaging with parents, kids, and grandparents in a positive way.
What You’ll Do
Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Process and tag merchandise for the sales floor.
Operate the register and handle transactions accurately.
Assist with in-store promotions and events.
Work as part of a team to meet daily goals.
What We’re Looking For
Outgoing, positive attitude and great communication skills.
Reliability — we need team members who show up on time, ready to work.
Ability to multitask in a busy, kid-friendly environment.
Comfort with physical activity (bending, lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods).
Retail or customer service experience a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!

Competitive hourly wage, starting at $11-14hour (based on experience).

Compensation: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
