About Us: We are the proud owners of two dynamic and growing companies: Nordicraft Construction & Roofing. We are seeking a versatile and highly motivated individual to be a key player in the success of the business.
The Role: This is a truly unique opportunity for a driven and independent professional. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the business in its entirety. This is a very independent role, and success will be a direct result of your initiative and dedication. You will be responsible for overseeing all business functions, from day-to-day operations and finances to sales and personnel management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee all financial aspects, including budgeting and reporting.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage the hiring, training, and onboarding of new employees.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners.
- Ensure all projects and business activities meet company standards.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in managing business operations from a top-level perspective.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Possess a high degree of creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Well-versed in technology, including CRM software, financial management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
