What You’ll Do
· Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
· Prepare and sterilize operatories and instruments according to OSHA standards.
· Take and process radiographs as directed.
· Anticipate doctor’s needs and help procedures flow smoothly.
· Educate patients on post-op instructions and preventive care.
· Accurately maintain treatment notes and patient records.
· Support the dental team with efficiency, communication, and flexibility.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Must-Haves
· Current RDA certification in California.
· Strong infection control and radiology skills.
· Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
· Empathy and communication skills to support patient comfort.
✨ Nice-to-Haves
· Experience with Dentrix.
· Expanded function certifications (sealants, polishing, digital scanning).
· Interest in sleep/airway dentistry or advanced training.

Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
