Family Produce is looking for individuals with at least 1 year of sales experience (preferably in the food industry) who are passionate, motivated, and energetic to develop and grow our business in Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Ohio, Michigan, and surrounding areas.

 

As a sales representative, you will be responsible for attracting new customers and servicing some existing accounts with exceptional customer service.

 

Duties and responsibilities

 

·        Strong customer service skills, growth mindset, and good communication skills.

·        Ability to work in a team and independently.

·        Take orders from own and company accounts.

·        Request payments from your accounts.

·        Prepare a price list for customers on a weekly basis.

 

Requirements

·        Previous experience in the food service industry of 1 year; Training will be provided to the appropriate candidate.

·        Fluency in Spanish

·        Basic knowledge of English

·        Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and email

·        Willingness to travel to neighboring states of Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Ohio
 
 

 

Proceeds

·        Weekly base salary $400 plus commission ($250 - $2,000 depending on performance)
