We offer in-home and community-based therapeutic services to children, youth, and families throughout Essex and Passaic Counties in New Jersey.

Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Develop and implement treatment plans, maintain communication with the Care Management Organization (CMO), and provide timely follow-up reports to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children/youth with behavioral, emotional, or developmental disabilities.
- Valid NJ Driver’s License.
- Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
- Must pass a successful fingerprint-based background check through New Jersey State and Federal systems (IdentoGO).
- Cyber entry and documentation skills required.
Fee-for-Service Pay: $40 – $80 per hour (based on license, experience, and specialization).
