Once Upon a Time Schoolhouse in Belleville, WI, is hiring 2 full time Lead Infant classroom Teachers (6 weeks - 1-year). Our classrooms are large and have a lot of high quality materials and experienced staff to assist teachers in their work. Lots of training opportunities! Co-workers and administration are extremely supportive and provide a fun work environment. The atmosphere is positive, happy, and energetic! We use the Creative Curriculum and practice the Pyramid Model and Nurtured Heart programs. We seek individuals with a passion for teaching and for spending time with children. Candidates for this position must be Lead Teacher qualified, have their Infant and Toddler credential, have knowledge of child growth & development, classroom management techniques, various learning theories and developmentally appropriate activities. Weekly lesson planning, assessment and observation of children, and parent communication, is required. Must be able to work as a supportive member of our team.
