Clinical Support Specialist – HealthSource Chiropractic
HealthSource Chiropractic is seeking a high-energy Clinical Support Specialist to support both our Rehab and Front Desk teams. This role combines patient care and administrative support to ensure an excellent experience for every patient.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Rehab Specialist in instructing patients on rehabilitation and corrective exercises
- Apply therapies including spinal decompression and laser therapy
- Support front desk operations: scheduling, check-in/check-out, answering phones
- Perform insurance verification and assist with patient account questions
- Manage patient flow through the office
- Screen/mold patients for custom orthotics
- Assist with social media and community outreach marketing as needed
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic environment
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
- Healthcare or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
- High School Diploma/GED or the equivalent required
