Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced PPF Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in applying Paint Protection Film with precision and efficiency, ensuring flawless results that protect and enhance our clients’ vehicles. This role requires strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Expert installation of Paint Protection Film on a variety of vehicles (partial panels, full front, full-body applications).
- Perform precise cutting, trimming, and alignment to ensure seamless finishes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Inspect vehicles and ensure all PPF installations meet Prestige Auto Appearance quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and exceed client expectations.
- Educate clients on PPF benefits, care, and maintenance when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of professional PPF installation experience (dealership or high-volume shop preferred).
- Strong proficiency with hand-cutting, plotter-cut patterns, and bulk installs.
- Knowledge of different PPF products, adhesives, and installation techniques.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Ceramic Coating, Window Tint, or Vinyl Wrap a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to unique installation challenges.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and work with hands in detailed positions.
- Comfortable working in varying shop conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
