ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative with Trevor Larson State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous State Farm Experience
- Property & Casualty Insurance licenses
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Basic Computer Skills
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
