Job Description: As an Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our comprehensive range of insurance products to prospective clients. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others protect their assets and achieve financial security. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.

- Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing techniques.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry practices (training will be provided).
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Relevant state insurance license preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

- Our office is located in Shorewood, IL.
- Our office is open Mon-Thurs 9:00-5:15, Fri 9:00-5:00, Sat 9:00-noon.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2011.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of Illinois State University.
- We currently have 2 team members at our agency.
- We have 30+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
